Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users.
Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation including end-user computing device performance monitoring.
Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices.
Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops, printers) and software license monitoring.
Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related products including administering procurement processes and supporting in requirements scoping and evaluation.
Manage IT vendors (service quality, feedback, improvements) and service contracts.
Provide assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies.
Any other IT duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in providing IT support to end-user community.
Has a passion or keen interest in Healthcare or Community Services.
Strong in tracking on-hand tasks and see through to completion.
Experienced in troubleshooting IT issues at L1/L2 support levels and escalating to higher levels of IT support.
A great team player and able to work well with other team members.
Able to communicate well and maintain documentation.
