Job description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will oversee and elevate the overall sales and marketing strategy for Heveya across our key markets, with a primary focus on Singapore.

This role is integral to shaping the direction of Heveya’s sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment across teams, and inspiring growth across the region.

How You Will Contribute:

Sales Leadership

  1. Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
  2. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that enhance conversion rates and drive in-store and online revenue growth.
  3. Act as a hands-on motivator, fostering a positive and high-performing sales culture through guidance, training, and recognition.

Marketing Alignment & Direction

  1. Collaborate with the global marketing team in Bali to ensure cohesive strategies across all regions.
  2. Guide and oversee Singapore’s marketing efforts, aligning them with the overall vision and plans for 2025.
  3. Identify opportunities to bridge communication between marketing and sales teams for seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.

Operational Oversight

  1. Ensure a superior customer experience by upholding high service standards and creating an inviting retail environment through effective visual merchandising.
  2. Oversee staff training programs, coaching individual team members to enhance their skills in product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings to identify areas for growth and improvement.
