About the role
You oversee and implement various aspects of the Raise, Train, Sustain (RTS) framework for the Service Delivery Division (SDD) within MINDEF/SAF.
What you will be working on
- Attract talent and ensure healthy manning levels for SDD
- Develop staff and Service Delivery Community capabilities in the Service Delivery (SD) domain through training and development plans
- Manage and oversee career development for SDD staff
- Manage reward & recognition initiatives for SDD staff, including nominations for service excellence-related and other awards
- Lead and implement Human Capital Development initiatives in SDD
- Support the rest of the branch/department in other aspects of SDD's Human Capital Development
- Support HCDB's efforts in promulgating standards and implementing centralised/standardised arrangements for events management in MINDEF/SAF

What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of working experience in talent attraction, management and development is preferred
- Forward-thinking mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent language and communication skills
