We’re looking for a Structural Engineer Level I (Design Engineer) to join our Singapore team. As a Structural Engineer Level I (Design Engineer), you will be responsible for working on our LTA projects. You will be reviewing contractor’s Design and Construction submissions and assisting the SDE in the review of design submissions.

What You’ll Do

• Attend design meetings and all other relevant meetings as required.
• Provide suggestions on construction sequences based on design reviews.
• Follow PGI on a rotational basis with the SDE.
• Review Shop Drawings and provide comments.
• Prepare Independent Design Reports.
• Visit sites to review compliance with design requirements.

What You’ll Have

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.
• At least five (5) years in the design of structural and/or geotechnical works for deep excavation projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience working in a structural engineering team within a large multi-discipline project team.
• Experience in minimum facility platform design including substructure, topsides, and bridges.
• Ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Singapore local codes & standards.
