1 YEAR CONTRACT Customer Service Assistant (MNC) - Novena - Urgent - up to $3600

MUST KNOW - Pivot Table and VLOOKUP!!!

Work hours: 9am to 6pm
1 Year Contract (Renewable/Extendable)
1 Month - Completion bonus

Job Scope:

1. Co-ordinate with other departments, suppliers and customers to arrange the delivery according to customer PO and delivery instruction.
2. Prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices for customers.
3. Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
4. Update inventory records and project delivery records.
5. Maintain all documentation for future traceability.
6. Other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
