Senior Accounts Executive/ East / $3800-$4500 #ECT

Scope:

• Maintain partial/full sets of accounts and assist to prepare monthly management accounts
• Accounting for property development/investment projects
• Loan administration functions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent and consultants on compliance matters
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Support the team on ad hoc assignments and project implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy with 3-5 years of relevant full sets experiences
• Team player
• Meticulous and detailed
