Job Description:
Analyze and clarify RFQs (Request for Quotation) or opportunities during the pre-tender and tender phases.
Develop a Risk Management (RM) checklist.
Lead and coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of tenders for single or multi-systems, including mechanical, electrical, and ELV.
Consolidate and analyze technical documentation, bills of quantities, price schedules, cost estimates, financial data, and commercial contracts.
Facilitate project involvement during the tender stage and collaborate on manpower planning with the project team to develop the project organization chart and preliminary costs.
Prepare a tender cost summary for management approval regarding the profit margin for the tender.
Lead and coordinate tender reviews and meetings to ensure a comprehensive and quality handover to the project management team.
Prepare and submit weekly tender reports.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost / tender management role.
