What you'll do:
The Customer Advisory leader is part of the senior executive team for Asia Pacific & Japan and leads the industry, solution, and line of business subject matter expert teams who successfully launch the business transformation programs of our customers across the region in partnership with Sales and Customer Success Management. To achieve this outcome, this organization drives key outcomes with our customers leveraging our Customer Value Journey methodology.
This leader articulates SAP’s vision and strategy, drives the innovation agenda, and ensures a customer-centric and best-in-class engagement model for the region.
As the leader of Customer Advisory, you will focus on the following key areas:
Right People in the Room – Deliver the thought leadership, storytelling and end-to-end messaging tailored to a customer’s industry and line of business to get their c-level executives excited about the opportunity to transform with SAP.
Clear Vision & Sponsorship – Creates a shared aspirational vision between our customers and SAP that leads to sponsorship of exploring transformation opportunities together leveraging the Customer Value Journey. The question of “Why Do Anything?” has been answered for the business leader.
Clear Solution
Clear Value – Produces a strategic and quantitative business case that has data-driven insights and in-depth knowledge of the customer’s current business landscape to answer the question “Why Now?” to achieve stakeholder buy-in to fund SAP programs.
Clear Plan – Collaborate with our Services organization and partner ecosystem to develop a success plan for our customers that includes a value roadmap, scorecard and adoption plan.
