Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Consultant will focus on developing and managing a network of agents to drive sales and market the company’s power equipment condition monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to support both agents and end customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and develop a network of sales distributors in the power and utilities sector.
Provide ongoing support to sales distributors, including product training, sales strategies, and technical support to ensure successful sales efforts.
Work closely with sales distributors to develop and implement sales plans and monitor progress against targets.
Support end customers in collaboration with distributors, assisting in addressing technical inquiries and solving issues related to power equipment condition monitoring.
Collaborate with the technical support team to deliver solutions for customers and distributors.
Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and support distributors sales efforts.
Monitor market trends, feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years proven experience in channel sales, distributors development, or B2B sales within the power equipment or industrial equipment sectors
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to effectively support a network of distributors.
Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to develop and support distributors.
