Inventory & Logistics Executive (Retail) – S$4,200 (ID: 665646)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory and office administration tasks.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments for international orders and repairs.
• Track products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Support sales and management by updating inventory reports.
• Apply for operational permits to ensure compliance.
• Manage shipments and deliveries, working with vendors and retailers.
• Coordinate import/export activities with forwarders.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for documents and warehouse logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics & equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Office application will be an added advantage.
