Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Post Transaction Advertising Manager to join our team. This role involves driving advertising sales, building strong client relationships, and executing innovative advertising strategies across post-transaction partner channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital advertising, excels in business development, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


What We're Hunting For:

Sales

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients to advertise on post-transaction partner channels.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored advertising solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Business Development

  • Establish and manage relationships with direct partners and agencies.
  • Drive business development across selected Asia Pacific markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets, focusing on cold calling, networking, and setting meetings.
  • Create and implement sales plans by market or vertical to achieve partner and revenue objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing information about products and services.
  • Support operational tasks and revenue reporting for country team members.
  • Manage the end-to-end process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating, closing, and execution.
  • Generate and implement creative ideas to improve business strategies and processes.
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to foster growth and loyalty.

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven approach in all sales activities.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the post-transaction team to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver high-quality advertising initiatives.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance advertising offerings.

Campaign Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital traffic monetization strategies.
  • Optimize advertising initiatives through regular performance analysis.
  • Support operations and technical optimizations for post-transaction partners.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Media, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of regional sales experience, showcasing your ability to close deals and build lasting partnerships.
  • A proven track record in sales with stellar presentation, pitching, and communication skills.
  • Experience in digital advertising or e-commerce is a major plus.
  • A results-driven attitude combined with self-motivation and strong leadership skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • A positive, resilient spirit and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
  • A team player who connects effortlessly with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and complete operational tasks with precision.
  • Passion for digital advertising and a curiosity about traffic monetization.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising technologies and trends.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for the role.
