Our Client:
- FMCG Industry
- Mon – Fri, Office Hour
- Woodlands
- UP $5000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions - Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development
- Oversee full cycle of recruitment process and handle onboarding and offboarding activities
- Processing of monthly payroll for 200 headcount
- Manage performance appraisal process
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of Full Spectrum HR Experience and 2 years in a Supervisory role, in FMCG / F&B Industry
