Reporting to: Head of Brand & Director of Brand & Marketing

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Assist managers in the company's brand strategy planning, formulation, implementation process, and operation management, including market strategy planning, brand building, and maintenance.
  • Responsible for the operation and management of the company's online channels, including e-commerce operations and performance.
  • Assist with marketing activities and organize plans to increase brand awareness via online and offline methods.
  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the brand to ensure continued unity of the brand image.
  • Provide evaluation and feedback on brand promotion activities and develop market research and analysis.
  • Negotiate cooperation with various resource channels and determine sales policies.
  • Responsible for team management and leading the team to complete tasks through various incentives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate with related working experience in E-commerce Marketing is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin; Degree in a business-related field or Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Journalism, or Advertising Planning.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and/or FMCG industries.
  • Good at planning event marketing activities and establishing cooperative relationships with media.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write planning documents independently.
  • Strong market sense, brand awareness, and excellent marketing planning ability.
  • Strong execution, organizational coordination skills, and ability to evaluate and complete plans.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team spirit; adaptable and open to change.
