FIELD SUPPORT & SERVICE ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN

Positions for Field Engineer or Technician available.

Summary

• Basic IT knowledge / Technical Skill
• Knowledge of Audio-Visual, P.A / System advantage

Responsibilities

• After sales maintenance support
• Carry out troubleshooting, basic repair or rectification and servicing jobs on AV/ IT hardware and software
• Manage preventive / comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation and commissioning of AV Systems & Solutions
• Assist Technical Manager or Superior for all tasks and duties
• Assist in handling projects
• Provide Engineering & Application Support to Sales & Technical Team
• Field support for installation and cabling works on site as necessary
• Responsible for system set-up, Testing & Commissioning
• Prepare SOP & Guides for customers as required, including Training to users
• Project Management
• Assist in System Programming
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Audio-Visual and IT related systems deployed
• Any other Technical roles & responsibilities as necessary

Requirements

• Hardworking, willing to learn, and positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime (will be compensated accordingly)
• Able to work independently
• Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week

(Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.00pm / Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm)

• Possess Class 2/3 preferred
