Key Responsibilities:
- Teach phonics/English to children aged 3 to 8 years old, in-person or online, using a curated curriculum.
- Provide lesson feedback to parents about their child’s learning progress and development.
- Deliver engaging, enrichment-based classes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session.
- Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided).
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate teaching materials.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience, including 2 years of teaching preschoolers.
- Skills: Passion for teaching and child development. Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and energy. Adaptable to varied teaching assignments (online & on-site).
- Tech-Readiness: Willingness to learn and use advanced online learning platforms (training provided).
- Availability: Part-time role (weekends only) or Full-time role requiring availability for 3-4 weekdays and 2 weekends.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is required.
