Preschool Phonics Teacher (Full Time )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach phonics/English to children aged 3 to 8 years old, in-person or online, using a curated curriculum.
2. Provide lesson feedback to parents about their child’s learning progress and development.
3. Deliver engaging, enrichment-based classes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session.
4. Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided).
5. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate teaching materials.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience, including 2 years of teaching preschoolers.
2. Skills: Passion for teaching and child development. Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and energy. Adaptable to varied teaching assignments (online & on-site).
3. Tech-Readiness: Willingness to learn and use advanced online learning platforms (training provided).
4. Availability: Part-time role (weekends only) or Full-time role requiring availability for 3-4 weekdays and 2 weekends.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is required.
