About The Job:

The main purpose of this position is to execute all services of our 360º service portfolio on specific products, modules, and systems.

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of Alfa Laval equipment i.e. decanters and separators for the Crude Palm Oil industry.
• Commissioning including checking of equipment installation, training of operators in equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Perform repair inspection and prepare repair reports.
• Conduct test trials including process performance.

What you know:

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good team player and able to work well with others.
• Quick to adapt, interact and commit to action in providing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Analyze blueprints, sketches, or computer-aided designs to determine the best approach to create a particular part.
• Welding stainless steel in all positions for the following types of projects: pharmaceutical, food & water, and oil and gas.
• Selection and setup of appropriate welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.
• Testing and inspecting welded surfaces for flaws.
• Other relevant skills or experience will be a plus.
