Marketing Admin Executive

We started principally engaged in the distribution, marketing, sales and promotion of construction and building products such as homogenous and ceramic tiles and natural stone. Overtime, we have developed our own network with established factories as well as quarries owners. Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing content, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Customer interaction around showrooms and coordinating marketing support on all social media platforms.
• Assist Sales Manager on planning, developing, and managing marketing activities.
• Use digital marketing tools to perform lead generation activities.
• Conduct market scans and industry research on emerging technologies, innovations and trends for adoption
• Track and update budgets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals.
• Monitor competitors' promotions on an on-going basis to ensure competitive offerings.
• Create content for marketing collateral including brochures, website updates, newsletters, and press releases.
• Assist the Sales department in administrative duties.
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction, hardware, or industrial supplies sector.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM software).
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging marketing content.
• Knowledge of the Singapore market and its consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
