Securities Platform Head

As a Platform Head, you will oversee the strategic direction, maintenance, and overall success of our multi-asset retail and institutional trading platform, primarily focused on equities. You will ensure the platform aligns with business objectives, is scalable, secure, and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Oversee platform operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Platform Development: Collaborate with product and project teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture and provide mentorship.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in stockbroking, banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing multi-asset trading platforms.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycles, front-to-back trade flows, and order management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
