Engineer – Test Process (Backend)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily line issues related to Backend, WLCSP, Secondary Packing systems are resolved on time to make sure no production stoppages
• Work with NPI team to provide support for new label template creations and provide system solutions
• Work with operations team to come up with improvement projects to automate the manual processes in the line
• Responsible for label printer hardware and software related issues
• Provide system solutions for customer/ internal improvement requests and co-work with IT team to buy off and deploy the system
• Provide training and guidance to operations on new system deployments

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Material Engineering
• Knowledge in visual basic programming, SPC, FMEA and DOE will be an added advantage
• Excellent project management and analytical problem-solving skills
• Possess good communication skills and analytical problem solving skills
