Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments
• Manage resources, track performance, and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for operational support
• Prepare and present operational reports and handle ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution
• Leadership experience (e.g. Commissioned Officer from SAF/SPF) is a plus
• Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and present effectively to senior management
• 12-hour shift work is required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
