Job Description:
- Make phone calls to applicants to remind them to submit documents.
- Perform simple administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and printing.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Support and provide customer service via phone.
Requirements:
- Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months.
- Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
- No experience needed; full training will be provided.
- Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.
