Human Resource Admin Assistant (Data Entry, Clerical, Backend Support, Healthcare Industry)

Job Description:

  • Make phone calls to applicants to remind them to submit documents.
  • Perform simple administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and printing.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Support and provide customer service via phone.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months.
  • Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
  • No experience needed; full training will be provided.
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.
