Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Building long-term professional relationships with existing, new, and defined clients.
  2. Expanding the customer database and ensuring strong engagement with customers over time.
  3. Conducting pre-sales presentations, technical demos, and sales pitches to potential clients to showcase products or services.
  4. Visiting customer sites to assess their needs and align the sales process with their system requirements.
  5. Supporting system integrators in the sales process by offering technical assistance and product specifications.
  6. Sharing customer feedback and recommending operational changes in line with market trends or emerging needs.
  7. Following company guidelines for customer acquisition, submission of tenders, and sales processes.
  8. Preparing and submitting sales quotes and proposal documents, including technical and commercial negotiations.
  9. Supporting the organization’s growth efforts by attracting new customers and contributing ideas for business expansion.
  10. Identifying opportunities to build an active sales pipeline in existing and new markets.
  11. Offering continuous after-sales support to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
  13. Negotiating deals and closing sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets in the agreed market sectors.
  14. Contributing to the company’s revenue goals through consistent sales efforts.
  15. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activity, and new market developments.
  16. Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to increase business visibility and foster partnerships.
  17. Enhancing the company’s image through professional and high-level networking.
  18. Liaise regularly with the Sales Manager to ensure they are fully updated on all sales pipeline, ongoing opportunities, and any potential new business that may arise.
  19. Communicate with Brand Manager/Vendor on market development activities.

This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to drive sales growth in competitive markets.

Education, Experience, and Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma or relevant degree
  2. Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in business account management
  3. Should have knowledge of CRM/ERP system
  4. A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales
  5. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication are required
  8. A local driving license is preferred

  5. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
