Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients in hospital wards.
Perform patient assessments and appropriate interventions for effective patient outcomes.
Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
Perform nursing procedures and treatments based on your specialization to meet the general comfort and well-being of the patients.
Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge, such as performing IV cannulation, venipuncture for blood sampling, IV administration of medical fluids, and ECG monitoring and interpretation.
Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
Provide patient education and participate in patients' rehabilitation, involving the patients' families as necessary.
Record and maintain accurate documentation of patients' progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records, and charts.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Valid practicing certificate with SNB.
Passion for working with patients.
Able to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible and open to changes.
