Collaborate with CEO/Director and provide administrative support for his daily commercial/ sales/marketing & business development work to achieve revenue growth, customer loyalty and retention.
Coordinate with various departments, internal stakeholders and customers on behalf of CEO/Director on the planning, preparation, delivery and tracking of sales, marketing & business development related communications.
Support and help CEO/Director with planning, preparation, execute, track and deliver contracts/agreements related paperwork including the curation of digital platforms for document preparation, signing and tracking.
Assist in managing, updating, tracking and monitoring of customer data, sales/marketing collaterals and customer relationship management tools.
Be power user and administrator (as required) of digitization tools used for enabling productivity of commercial/sales/marketing processes in company.
Help consolidate, track and manage pricing, contracts and commercial agreements to ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy, via the use of digitization tools
Provides sales/marketing data collection and analysis support as required
Assist CEO/Director in responding and provide timely/accurate info to urgent commercial requests from customers/stakeholders
Assist CEO/Director in planning and execution of sales/commercial events and projects both domestically and overseas, including product roadshows, speaking/networking engagements and customer visits
Engage stakeholders through various channels including phone/videoconference/emails to address enquiries, provide information and support the resolution of commercial issues and customer/supplier follow-up
Help coordinate to ensure regular business/operations review meetings with all departments with focus on facilitating tracking and monitoring of departmental KPI, forecast information, contract/agreement fulfilment & customer engagement
Assist CEO/Director on follow-up of high priority office administrative matters
Represent company’s interests and maintain a professional and positive relationship with company’s internal/external stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality on opportunities and interact professionally with prospects, customers and stakeholders while supporting CEO/Director on his business engagements
Ad-hoc CEO/Director support duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 2 years of related experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Ability to respond efficiently and work with minimal supervision
Previous experience working in a similar role and in an aviation, environment is desired
Must be detailed orientated and willing to learn
Possess strong ethics including honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
