Location: Kaki Bukit

Outsourced – End-User Support

Location: Primarily Central Business District (CBD)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver 1st and/or 2nd level IT support to end-users to ensure business continuity.
  2. Monitor and maintain end-user computing devices to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  4. Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, applications, and other related IT equipment and devices.
  5. Oversee IT asset management, including hardware tech refresh, preventive maintenance (e.g., laptops, printers), and monitoring of software licenses.
  6. Assist in the rollout and implementation of new end-user computing technologies and solutions.
  7. Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  8. Perform any additional IT-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. Recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering IT support to end-users preferred.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
