Job description

Recruitment & Staffing

  1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely hiring of top talent.
  3. Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations

  1. Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and resolve any issues in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and implement strategies to prevent future issues.

Performance Management

  1. Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  2. Assist in setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating feedback between managers and employees.
  3. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation strategies to ensure equity and compliance.
  2. Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  3. Monitor employee benefits and suggest improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Training & Development

  1. Assess training needs and develop programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  2. Organize internal and external training workshops, seminars and e-learning opportunities.
  3. Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

Compliance & Legal

  1. Ensure compliance with local, state and national labor laws and company policies.
  2. Keep up to date with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Advise management on legal matters related to employee rights and responsibilities.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  1. Prepareand analyze HR reports to track employee turnover, hiring trends, and other key HR metrics.
  2. Use data-driven insights to recommend HR strategies and improvements.
  3. Assist with audits and other compliance-related assessments.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  1. Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business strategy.
  2. Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, including cultural transformation and organizational development.
  3. Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Payroll Management

  1. Oversee the complete payroll process, including the preparation, calculation, and disbursement of employee salaries, bonuses, commissions, overtime and other payments.
  2. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees(salaried, hourly, part-time, contractors, etc.) on regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  3. Collect and maintain payroll data for all employees, including personal information, timekeeping records, and attendance data.
  4. Update payroll records for new hires, terminations, promotions, pay raises, and any other changes affecting pay.
  5. Ensure the timely processing of adjustments, retroactive payments, and special payments.
