Warehouse cum Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse operations and activities.
• Timely replenishment/procurement of materials necessary for warehouse operations to meet appropriate stock levels.
• Update stock in/out records promptly for accuracy and identify dead stock or slow-moving items.
• Lead and manage inventory accuracy by scheduling/conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances.
• Ensure timely supply of items/products to the Production department.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure sufficient stock levels in the warehouse to meet sales demands.
• Monitor all incoming shipments, issues, problems, and delays.
• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and ensure WHS safety standards are met.
• Ensure proper maintenance of in-house equipment and tools.
• Maintain effective security measures to safeguard the company’s stocks.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehousing, or its equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management/Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Possess a positive working attitude with initiative.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Proactive and willing to take on responsibilities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
