We are looking for a committed and competent professional who can work independently to join us for the following position.

HR & Technology Executive

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Administration

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Assist in general data collection and preparation.
  • Input, update and maintain master employee database, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Compiling and updating employee records.
  • Prepare, verify and record migrant workers’ overtime schedule.

Information Technology

  • Provide basic IT support and administration to all employees.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of computer systems and applications.
  • Assist to upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software when required.
  • Manage and coordinate with our IT vendor to ensure service level and key deliverables are met with agreed targets and expectations.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Liaise with respective vendors for IT equipment, CCTV, door access when required.

Requirements:

  • At least a year of relevant working experience in Information Technology is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills such as Office 365.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

General Performance:

  • Effective support and management of employees’ queries and requests.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends on digitization.
  • Effective and resourceful problem-solving skills.
