Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin and HR support.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, insurance & visas.
  • Manage calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings & conferences.
  • Arrange refreshments for meetings upon request.
  • Assist with HR reports, contact database & other documentation.
  • Arrange for office amenities & maintenance, observing health and safety guidelines for all workplaces.
  • Provide central administrative support to office processes including supplies & mail management.
  • Manage office tidiness and cleanliness by coordinating external cleaning services.
  • Provide admin support for meeting rooms and hot desk bookings.
  • Assist in work pass applications and miscellaneous recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate new employees' orientation & routing of HR documentation.
  • Support employees' training registrations and records.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required.
