Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide admin and HR support.
Coordinate travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, insurance & visas.
Manage calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings & conferences.
Arrange refreshments for meetings upon request.
Assist with HR reports, contact database & other documentation.
Arrange for office amenities & maintenance, observing health and safety guidelines for all workplaces.
Provide central administrative support to office processes including supplies & mail management.
Manage office tidiness and cleanliness by coordinating external cleaning services.
Provide admin support for meeting rooms and hot desk bookings.
Assist in work pass applications and miscellaneous recruitment needs.
Coordinate new employees' orientation & routing of HR documentation.
Support employees' training registrations and records.
Handle ad hoc projects as required.
