In charge of managing a group of Project Engineers to deliver specified projects within agreed parameters.
Responsible for the projects for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with required standards.
Work closely with cross-divisional teams to develop business cases and other project documentation for projects being managed as part of the company direction.
In charge of implementing and enforcing best-practice project methodology and processes to the team, with the objective of better management and implementation of projects.
Responsible for managing the project spend within approved budget and relationships across all business lines and with external parties, defining requirements, agreeing terms, and ensuring delivery.
Taking charge of identifying and raising risks and issues affecting the project, including financial or operational, and proactively managing them or escalating to relevant parties where necessary.
Provide support and adhere to the execution and delivery as per the project management methodology, standards, and processes as set up by the department.
Requirements:
Min diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Min 8 years working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.
Min 3 years of experience in managing a team.
