The opportunity:
Senior Executive, Regional Talent Acquisition Partner (1-Year Contract)
Sephora SEA & Oceania is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Regional Talent Team, driving end-to-end recruitment for positions across the Regional Headquarter Team here in Singapore & other relevant markets including (but not limited to) functions such as IT Technology & Software Engineering, E-Commerce, Marketing, Project Management. The TA Partner will also be supporting overseas recruitment, as well as other countries’ recruitment on an ad-hoc needs basis.
Besides driving end-to-end recruitment operations, the TA Partner will be involved in playing a key role and/or a support function in various TA & Talent projects & initiatives for the region such as Employer Branding, Critical Talent Mapping & Succession Planning, Campus Recruitment Activations, Recruitment Process & HRIS roll-out etc.
