Aircraft Trainee Technician

Our client is looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Summary:

· The program involves a fully-sponsored training program with an allowance over the one-year training period.
· Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will serve a two-year or four-year bond.
· Career progression opportunity is open to promising technicians.
· The program encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training.
· The initial familiarisation provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training.
· The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
· The nine-month on-the-job training provides the opportunity to learn and work on the renowned Engines.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform troubleshooting, repair, overhaul of aircraft engines.
2. Testing and maintenance of engine equipment.
3. Perform simple operational checks on aircraft systems.

Requirements:

1. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and other related engineering courses.
2. Strong interest in a technical role within the Aviation industry.
3. Positive and hardworking personality.
4. Able to perform rotating shift work.
