Work closely with the customers to drive key initiatives and scale planning for the operations in the APAC region for contracted business.
Responsibilities include driving operational excellence through 5S, POP, continuous improvement initiatives, and monthly performance reviews with the client.
Responsible for monitoring productivity/scale within operations and facility, and working with local countries on optimizing processes and facilities for scalability to continuously support customer volume growth.
Responsible for regional alignment of processes across countries, and overall compilation and maintenance of SOPs.
Overall driver for regional operations planning and special events control and reporting.
Responsible for conducting audits in the country operations to ensure process and documentation compliance, and quality.
Work very closely with the IT Account Management team in the country to implement capabilities to improve reporting capabilities as well as potential EDI improvements with clients’ systems.
Support implementation for new business projects. ROM (Logistics) is responsible for working with the project management team to align on implementation schedules, driving operations process mapping, and tracking of CAR (Corrective Action Reports).
Experience and Qualifications:
Solid and proven operational experience in CL: 10+ years
Documented successful leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, logistics and supply chain, or a related field; or professional certification such as MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Certification is preferred.
