Junior Production Technician

We are seeking a motivated Junior Production Technician to join our team. The candidate will support the assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting of products, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow established safety protocols and report any potential hazards.
2. Assist with inspecting components and assemblies for quality compliance.
3. Support assembly and testing of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
4. Conduct basic wiring, soldering, and cable management tasks under guidance.
5. Help with calibration and functional testing of equipment and systems.
6. Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or software issues during production.
7. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.
8. Assist with inventory management and report shortages.
9. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Technical certification or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
2. Entry-level role; previous internship or assembly experience is advantageous.
3. Basic mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
4. Familiarity with wiring, soldering, and cable management.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
6. Fundamental troubleshooting abilities.
7. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus.
