Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Team lead, Leadership & Development. In this role, you will need to perform the A.D.D.I.E (Analysis, Design, Develop content, Implement, Evaluate) functions, in support of the leadership development (LD) for SportSG’s leaders. You will need to ensure that SportSG’s leaders have access to quality development programmes with alignment to WOG leadership competencies, SportSG’s leadership charter, leadership practices and tools across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the groups and divisions to conduct needs/ gaps analysis.
  • Design, develop and implement leadership programmes/ initiatives that align with leadership practices in SportSG (e.g. SportSG Leadership Competency Framework, SportSG Leadership Developmental Programmes, The SportSG Way), with the aim of developing leaders within SportSG.
  • Plan content, organise and facilitate SportSG Leaders Group Forum as part of SportSG’s continued leadership development and Communities of Practice for Team Leads and above.
  • Conceptualise, design content, implement and conduct onboarding for new Team Leads and above.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires comprising of integration workshops and senior leadership sharing sessions.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate in-house leadership programs and support workshops/ focus group discussions conducted by L&D team (e.g. small group discussions, workshops, classes, etc).

Job Requirements

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in Policy, Psychology or OD will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in leadership development, instructional and curriculum development
  • Ability to develop and maintain a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision for the future of team
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential data and information
  • Self-driven and with the ability to engage employees across all levels and influence business and corporate leaders
  • Good communication, time & project management skills
  • Strategic mind-set with high operations-ability, forward-thinking
  • Inquisitive mindset and life-long learner
  • High sensitivity and ability to connect events and happenings (impact) to SportSG

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. All successful candidates will be offered a 3- year contract with options for emplacement or renewal.
