Job description
  • Content Planning and Creation:
    Gain a deep understanding of the brand’s jewelry products and brand tone. Based on user needs and content trends on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), create a detailed monthly content plan for the brand. Ensure that the content is clear in theme, diverse in format, and highly engaging.
  • Copywriting:
    Write high-quality copy covering various aspects such as product introduction, user experience, jewelry styling tips, and brand stories. Present the brand value and product appeal in a lively, relatable, and user-centric manner.
  • Guidance or Assistance with Photos and Videos:
    Ensure that visual content aligns with the copy, enhancing the overall quality of the content. Ensure the content meets Xiaohongshu’s aesthetic standards and is engaging for users.
  • Account Management and Operation:
    Be well-versed in the rules and regulations of Xiaohongshu account operations, strictly follow platform guidelines, and plan the account’s growth path effectively while minimizing operational risks.
  • Account Data Analysis:
    Regularly analyze key metrics such as follower growth, engagement, and exposure. Based on data feedback, promptly adjust content strategies and publishing schedules to continuously optimize account performance.
  • Engagement in Platform Activities and Trends:
    Actively participate in Xiaohongshu’s activities and trending topics to increase the brand's activity level and exposure on the platform, expanding its influence.
  • User Interaction and Community Management:
    Respond to user comments and private messages in a timely manner, patiently address user inquiries, and establish positive interactive relationships to increase user retention and loyalty.
  • Encourage User-Generated Content (UGC):
    Motivate users to share and create content, leveraging UGC to further expand brand visibility and influence.
  • User Feedback Collection:
    Collect user feedback and suggestions, providing valuable insights for product optimization and marketing strategy adjustments.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and other departments to ensure that Xiaohongshu content aligns with the brand's overall marketing strategy, achieving resource sharing and collaborative promotion.
  • Involvement in Brand Marketing Campaigns:
    Incorporate Xiaohongshu as a key promotional channel and coordinate with other marketing activities to create a synergistic effect, enhancing the overall campaign performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    At least 1 year of experience in operating Xiaohongshu accounts. Familiar with the platform’s rules, user preferences, and trends. Previous experience operating Xiaohongshu accounts for jewelry or luxury brands is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Copywriting Skills:
    Ability to create high-quality content based on brand needs and user preferences.
  • Familiar with Xiaohongshu's Visual Content Creation:
    Proficient in photography and video editing techniques for Xiaohongshu, with the ability to guide or assist in creating content that aligns with the platform's aesthetics.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
    Expertise in analyzing Xiaohongshu account data and optimizing content strategies based on data insights.
