Manager (Maintenance)*

About the role

You are responsible for the management and supervision of all building infrastructure projects, maintenance requirements, and administration under your purview.

What you will be working on

• Manage and supervise building infrastructure projects and maintenance requirements
• Correspond with appropriate agencies to seek approval for building and infrastructure maintenance
• Ensure proper, effective, and efficient operation and execution of maintenance functions
• Manage, budget, and monitor maintenance funds
• Allocate resources efficiently for various projects

• Efficiently allocating resources and budgeting for projects

What we are looking for

• Education in building/facilities management
• Prior work experience in building maintenance and work services is advantageous
• Good analytical and data processing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act

Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
