Responsibilities

• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Sending reference checks & educational verifications
• Getting ready induction kits and documents for new staff reporting for work
• Assist the execs with administrative work to offboard staff who have resigned or whose contract is ending
• Collate staff card orders to send to vendors and prepare the memo for staff receiving the staff card
• Help with the printing of stickers for birthday vouchers and prepare the birthday vouchers
• Help with the Mail Collection
• Employee Engagement Survey follow-up actions, including focus groups arrangements and logistics
• File documents to hard copy personnel files
• Help scan documents for electronic personnel files
• Other HR duties as may be assigned

Working Hours

Mon – Friday office hours.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in any relevant field
• Prior HR experience will be advantageous
• Able to commit for 3 months and longer
• Able to start work immediately/on short notice!
