We are looking to hire contract Patient Care Associate to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations!

Job description:

• Perform basic clinical procedures.
• Assist in registration of patients.
• Perform patient registration and discharge.
• Perform payment collection procedures.
• Perform service recovery.
• Prepare consultation rooms.
• Prepare patients for physical examination or minor procedures to be performed by doctors.
• Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and postconsultation and procedures.
• Promote use of automated or self-help services.
• Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
• Schedule appointments for patients.

Job requirements:

• Minimum O levels/diploma
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience will be preferred.
