Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our laboratory operations, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

Job Description

  • Assist with the coordination of sample receiving, documents collection and dispatch;
  • Handle general phone enquiries and redirect calls to personnel-in-charge;
  • Process and update sample records in the laboratory management system;
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role;
  • Committed to weekly rotating shifts:
  1. Morning Shift → Mon to Fri: 0830hrs to 1700hrs, Sat: 0830hrs to 1230hrs;
  2. Afternoon Shift → Mon to Fri: 1430hrs to 2300hrs;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
