Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Finance Leadership: Assist the Director of Finance in planning and executing key financial projects and initiatives.
2. Team Excellence: Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
3. Financial Accuracy: Review and evaluate financial statements and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and implement strategies for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
5. Insightful Analysis: Provide financial insights to drive the Club’s business performance.
6. Audit Management: Oversee the year-end audit process, manage impairment assessments, and address audit queries.
7. Adaptable Contributions: Tackle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Educational Credentials: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or CPA equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager.
3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and analytical, with a sharp eye for data accuracy.
4. Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
5. Resilience Under Pressure: Thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines with ease.
