Service Engineer - Up to $5,000 - Changi Business Park

• Position: Service Engineer - Up to $5,000 - Changi Business Park
• Location: Changi Business Park
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers' enquiries.
2. Perform service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
3. Troubleshoot analyzers & advise customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of the company.
4. Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide good service support.
5. Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems.
6. Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for projects.
7. Identify potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contracts.
8. Provide product training to end users and distributors.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification).
2. Must have knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers.
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
4. Preferably possess own transport.
