Our Client is a Japanese listed Building Developer Company. The role of a Manager (Building Services) is to be responsible for managing building services operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems.

You will be reporting to the Senior Manager (Building Service & M&E Services).

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain optimal shopping centre operations and establish positive relationships with tenants, contractors, Takashimaya Department Store, and Superior Landlords.
2. Prepare and oversee tenant renovation and reinstatement work.
3. Supervise submissions to relevant parties and authorities, including the superior landlord.
4. Manage mall reconfiguration and AEI (Asset Enhancement Initiatives) projects.
5. Plan and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
6. Oversee retail centre operations and contractors.
7. Evaluate service contractors' performance.
8. Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
9. Manage emergencies, including evacuation and reporting to appropriate authorities.
10. Propose annual department budgeting to manage expenses and capital expenditures.
11. Additional obligations assigned by the company.

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Building, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a company involved in shopping centre management.
3. Basic knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
4. Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) once or twice a month, with time off provided on weekdays.
5. Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with counterparts.

1. Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD software
