Lead/ Senior Data Analyst (Generative AI) (Contract)

We are seeking a seasoned Lead/ Senior Data Analyst with experience in Generative AI to lead innovative AI initiatives that will lead to transformative healthcare models. Responsibilities

• Model Development and Deployment: Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models and Chatbot applications for the healthcare setting.
• AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI technologies into healthcare research projects, focusing on real-world impact and scalability.
• Data Strategy: Develop and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality datasets to train and refine AI models.
• Project Leadership: Drive AI components of healthcare projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and domain experts to create AI-driven solutions tailored to healthcare challenges.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously enhance the efficiency, scalability, and interpretability of deployed models.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI and apply cutting-edge techniques to related projects.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years' experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models such as GPT, GANs, or Diffusion Models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for efficient model deployment and monitoring.
• Data Management: Proficiency in handling large datasets, building ETL pipelines, and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including transformer architectures and language modeling.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance in AI applications.
• Proven track record of publishing papers, patents, or contributions to open-source projects in Generative AI.
• Experience applying AI to healthcare data, predictive modeling, or decision support systems.
