Pharma QA Specialist (MNC, 5days office hours) #HCL

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality control guidelines.
• Review and approve batch records, documentation, and quality control testing.
• Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and compliant production and release of products.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality-related procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities and reports.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality management systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to assess complex issues and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; familiarity with quality management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
