Job Requirements
Strong interest in Human Development, Organizational Transformation, and HR Evaluation systems.
Proficient in researching, analyzing, and reporting.
Strong communication skills and a positive mindset.
Willingness to learn, proactive, initiative-taking, and an independent thinker.
Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage for liaising with Japanese clients (JLPT N3 or higher).
Internship experience at a consulting firm is also an advantage.
