2. Sales activities for Japanese companies and clients.

3. Preparation of related materials for the project.

Job Requirements

1. Strong interest in Human Development, Organizational Transformation, and HR Evaluation systems.

2. Proficient in researching, analyzing, and reporting.

3. Strong communication skills and a positive mindset.

4. Willingness to learn, proactive, initiative-taking, and an independent thinker.

5. Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage for liaising with Japanese clients (JLPT N3 or higher).

6. Internship experience at a consulting firm is also an advantage.
