Job Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting Tasks
• Prepare and manage monthly royalty reports and franchisee payments.
• Process CPF submissions, withholding tax (Sec 45), and payroll.
• Manage monthly closing accounts, bank reconciliations, and invoices.
• Handle supplier payments and stock inventory forecasts.
• Maintain financial reports for franchisees and management.
Administrative & HR Duties
• Prepare and submit staff payroll and tax-related documents (IR8A, childcare leave claims, etc.).
• Arrange office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service vendors.
• Support franchise operations, including stock deliveries, part-time staff scheduling, and document preparation.
