HR Executive (Engineering/East)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support employee relations activities, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry (ACMV).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
