IT Support Engineer

·Provide assistance to office staff and outlet users in solving computer-related problems

·Install and configure Operating System

·Support and assist in maintaining IT Infrastructure

·Configure mobile computing, remote access, and applications for Windows

·Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support

·Liaise with external vendors or principals when necessary

·Perform other related duties as assigned

·Based in office and have to travel to outlets for support if needed

Job Requirements

·Basic IT technical knowledge is required

·Required to be on standby mode including weekends/PH when necessary and working hours may vary

·2-Years of experience in IT support preferred
