Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Human Resource Executive, your scope of work covers the full spectrum of HR administrative functions.
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
  • Handle MOM surveys, Government grants, and related documentation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and updating of all documents.
  • You will be involved with employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management, and handle employee grievances.
  • Responsible for confirmations, annual appraisal, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff.
  • Offer support on ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience as HR in the security industry.
  • Experience in employment law in Singapore.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
